Registration

1. Registration fees include conference coffee breaks, lunches, conference kits, and attending all technical sessions.
2. The registration fee does NOT include:  
   • Accommodation
   • Visa application fee
   • Transportation fee
3. If the length of the paper exceeds 6 Pages, the cost of Each Extra Page (beginning at Page 7) is USD 40 per page.
4. For the same presenter, the fee for the second and subsequent papers is RM500 per paper.
5. At least one author of each paper must register at the Author / Presenter rate.
6. Students: upload a copy of your student ID on the online registration form and bring the original to the conference for verification.
7. IEEE members: enter your IEEE membership number on the online registration form and bring your IEEE membership card to the conference for on-site verification.
8. Accepted papers must be presented at IConDA 2026 to be eligible for submission to IEEE for possible inclusion in the IEEE Xplore Digital Library.
