Submission Guide

By submitting a submission (extended abstract and/or full paper), the authors declare that:

• the submission Is the original research work of the author(s)
• the submission has NOT been published before
• the submission is NOT under consideration for publication anywhere else
• the submission has been approved by all co-authors if any, as well as by the responsible authorities at the institute where the research has been carried out
• at least one author will register and present the paper at the IConDA 2022.

Guideline for abstract submission

1. The abstract should be written in between 200 - 300 words
2. Click on the "Make Submission" hyperlink at the bottom of this page. Fill in all the information required on the "Make Submission" form. 
3. Click on the "Make Submission" button.
4. The "Contact Author" will receive a Submission ID dan password upon successful submission.

Guideline for FULL PAPER submission

1. Submit the abstract of the paper according to the above ☝ guidelines to get a Submission Id and password.

2. Write the full paper manuscript. All manuscripts must be written in English. The manuscripts must be prepared in A4 size according to IEEE format. The length of your paper should be no more than 6 pages in A4 size, including figures, tables, and references. The manuscript template for IEEE Conference proceedings is available here. 

3. For the purpose of review, since we are conducting a double-blind review process, the author(s) is (are) required to remove their name(s) from the paper. Papers submitted for review MUST NOT contain any author information (no authors, affiliation, or address, and no explicit self-reference). However, the name(s) of the author(s) shall only be included in the final submission.

4. Go to the "Upload file" function of this page.

5. Fill in all the required information on the "Upload file" page.

6. Click the "Upload file" button to end the uploading process.

Remark:

5. Authors whose full paper is recommended for journal publication will be notified accordingly. Template of the specific journal to prepare the final revised paper for that journal will be sent to the author via email.
