Our interactive help desk consists of a Multimedia Interactive Intelligent Chatbot, Mii-C and a team of human consultants (counsellor and medical officers) to assist the users with active and passive smoking problem. The help desk opens 24/7.
The Mii-C is a software agent that is able to answer visitors’ FAQs in natural language. The Artificial Neural Network of Mii-C is trained with the data engineered from the consultant’s knowledge. It also has the ability to arrange a counselling session with human consultants if necessary. The service includes advice on the use of patches, medications and other treatment options for quitting smoking, advice on managing smoking withdrawal symptoms, assisting smokers in setting goals and follow through to ensure their goal to quit smoking come to a successful end.
